Ohh the excitement!
We are less then 24 hours from the start of our project. The excitement can be felt from all 112 stitchers. Its been a long wait while we cleared some hurdles that were in our way.

Our long anticipated start date has been announced by Heather. She decided on February 22,2018 as the official start date for Stitching George Washington. George Washington was born on February 22, 1732. The date picked is a perfect for starting and eventually ending the project 5 years later.
A special thank you to all our stitchers who have waited so patiently for this exciting date.
