Progress

So lots of progress has been made since our last blog update. Heather has finished sorting all our kits!!! She has shipped 61 of those kits to our stitcher's at this time and will continue to ship the remaining kits until they are all shipped out. Lisa has spent an extended period of time with her family due to a medical emergency with her mother and has just returned home. She will be working on blog the next couple weeks now that things have returned to normal for her.

We are excited the project is coming together and we are getting closer to a start date. THANK YOU to our sponsors, all our stitchers, and our viewers. Please stay tuned for more updates.

THANK YOU!!!

Our admin team would like to send a huge THANK YOU to everyone for their support and patience in the undertaking of this project. We are super excited to get the kits out to all 112 stitchers.

Heather is still sorting kits. Lisa is working on bios and pictures. She has ended up asking some of our stitchers to shorten bios up. Some of the stitcher bios were very long. Lisa has given the stitchers a better idea and a sample of what she is looking for. This will help out tremendously in getting bios uploaded to our blog.

We will keep everyone updated as we continue our journey. We are getting closer and closer to our start.

Stitching George Washington Update

Hello Everyone, Just wanted to post an update to post to keep everyone informed.

Lisa has been working on the blog behind the scenes. She is doing a couple things. The first thing she is doing is preparing the bios and pictures to be uploaded. The second thing she is doing is working on a Stitching George Washington template for this new site.  We ask for patience as Lisa takes the time do this properly. There is 112 bios and pictures that range in different size and she is trying to make them all look uniform and professional before publishing them on our website.  Lisa has had couple family emergencies in the last week so she had to step away from the computer some; however, she is still working on the blog as she can.

Heather took a few days off last week to go get her son for Summer vacation. She is back home now and will continue sorting the kits. So all continues in Stitching George Washington World.

Update

Currently Lisa is in the process of moving things over from the old blog to this one. Notice we now have our own address. Woo Hoo! We are super excited about this. Lisa is taking the weekend off and will continue on the blog next week. She had to limit her time on the computer this week as she adjusts to her new contacts and glasses to keep from getting a massive headache.

Thanks for following us!!!
